“Hi, our names are Arthur and Lyndall, we reside in the city of Lake Macquarie. Just recently we discovered White ants in our home. The first experience we have had with such creatures. The first thoughts were that of sheer despare, then we realised there was an urgent need to act positively about the situation we found ourselves in, so I on behalf of my wife also started asking people I knew if they new a reliable termite exterminator, I was consoled by the fact that one of my friends said he did, so I immediately contacted them, to cut a long story short they were less than impressive.

I then looked toward the internet for another contact source. It was at this time I came across Home Termite control, the site was very impressive and the Technician who featured on the site video sounded very professional, so I made contact, I might ad at this time It was a Friday evening 6.30PM, the reaction from Brad at the other end of the phone was nothing short of amazing, I was expecting a reaction such as could you ring on Monday, but no, he immediately was Sympathetic of my situation, was very informative as to the species of termite I had after determining that by the previous paperwork I had, at that point he asked me to take several photos of the exterior of the house and email them to him so he could make some determinations as to the best options over the weekend, with a commitment to ringing me on Monday with a summary of those options, along with the associated costs. As good as his word all that took place mid Monday morning.

I decided to employ the services of Home Termite Control. Saturday February 18 the treatment begins, Before even entering my home Brad noticed the remains of a tree which I had Removed the previous day, immediately he made a B line for that tree and within a matter of minutes he discovered termites within the centre of the remaining stump, which he proceeded to treat with haste. it was time to move into the house, upon showing him the area where I discovered the termites, his first words were, where is their water source, we proceeded upstairs to where the fridge is situated,on removal of the fridge from it’s position, it was obvious where the problem might be, he proceeded with haste to treat the nest and assured me 95% that this will eliminate the problem. while the treatment process was taking place he proceeded to do a thorough inspection of the rest of the house and property. The other parts of the agreement were to install 19 inspection stations around the house which we did together.

In summary, I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Home Termite Control to all that Have the same problem as us, as their professionalism and level of Knowledge in reference to termites is of a very high standard.”
